Summer Islands is an EP that came to fruition between Atlanta, Georgia-based producer, and DJ November Rose, with Malaysian-based DJ and now producer Roshan for their first project together.

Roshan and November Rose's "Summer Island EP" imagines a joy-invoking paradise filled with warmth, vibrance, and the feeling of togetherness — inspired by the missed summer adventures of 2020.

The entrancing union of organic percussive sounds, tropical melodies, and hypnotic rhythms is present throughout the project. With the tasteful addition of sultry vocal chops, the elements defined the EP as a living and breathing work of art. November Rose's musical evolution is evident with his signature musical arrangements while Roshan synergized their partnership with expressive drum foundations and energy that galvanized their unique music styles. Additionally, hints of dancehall, salsa, funk, and other ethnic and electronic musical influences are also apparent throughout the project.

As a result of their collaboration, both producers created an immersive auditory experience that emulates the natural sequences of summertime and the tension of holding on to every moment.
